 Aurora Botanica is a floral and design studio founded by artist and RISD alumna (2005) Rawan Rihani. Now based in Rhode Island and serving New England, NYC, and Upstate New York, the studio is known for its immersive, narrative-driven designs.

With a background in fashion design and dance, Rawan approaches flowers as living art. She experiments with movement, tactile textures, and color blending to create custom works that elicit a sense of wonder. Her process begins with a story or mood, which she brings to life through the medium of nature.

Beyond weddings and large-scale installations, Aurora Botanica offers a unique intersection of florals and fashion. Rawan designs custom floral headpieces, custom bridal veils, alongside set design, installations, workshops, pop-ups, and luxury floral bars. Most recently, the studio has expanded to offer bespoke stationery.

Rawan’s work has been featured in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Her distinguished clientele includes Viktor + Rolf, Byredo, Nike, and Armani. As an artist, Rawan continues to captivate and collaborate globally, curating moments that create emotion, movement, and inspiration.
